Staff was Very Nice when We got to Motel Checking Process and Buffet Breakfast next morning was Great.

Carpets in hallways need shampooed had stains on them.like Someone spilled coffee or pop on them.

Loved the close proximity to the Fiestaware factory. Nice well kept hotel with friendly staff.

The rooms were very damp from the a/c. The halls and common rooms were fine.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good every day. The room was clean.

I have stayed at this hotel, three different times while visiting my grandchildren in East Liverpool Ohio, and two out of the three times the pool has been closed for repairs which was very disappointing to my grandchildren. This last time that I stayed, the toilet did not flush correctly and the refrigerator in my room was leaking water

"Simple and convenient with kind and accommodating staff."

The staff we encountered were very pleasant and welcoming; the gentleman that checked us in gave us all the info we could need and the sweet lady that was there at breakfast ensured we had everything we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that the floors weren’t carpet (I’m guessing LVP?) cause honestly, all we really cared about was having a clean, comfy place to stay.
