Pool area disgusting, elevator not working

The whole hotel was nasty!! Toilet didn't work!! The room had a horrible smell, like a dirty wet dog!! The drapes were falling down!! The carpet was filthy!! The furniture looked like a dog, had been eating it!!

Loved the jacuzzi that was in our suite it was very relaxing. Also, the floor we were staying on was very quiet through the entire stay.

That a few of the side doors wouldn't open with the access card. Apparently other people staying at the hotel explained to me that they were temporarily broken. In a way it was an inconvenience.

Wonderful check in and check out staff!

In my decades of staying at Holiday Inn Expresses this was easily my worst experience. The lock on the outside door next to my room was broken so no security on hotel access. The ceiling was peeling next to the beer. The shower floor had a crack in it and I had to stand on the edges not to fall in.

Simple, clean lodging. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. A fine place to spend the night while traveling.

Convenient to Hwy 82. Property was a little rundown but safe.

The room smelled terrible, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the tub had mold all around it, very poor upkeep all around
