I stayed here for a mid-week night over in the Phoenix area. 1) Location: good amenities near the hotel, within walking distance, but the commute into the city is not good. Breakfast is served after you have to hit the road to beat the traffic. 2) Safety: used there trailer parking, had no issues with theft or break-in. 3) Cleanliness: the room was relatively clean, but definitely starting to show wear and tear. 4) Employees: Staff on site are very pleasant. 5) Environment: I slept horribly due to another guest playing music all night long. Just quiet enough to be hard to hear, but low enough frequency to hear the beat in your ear against the pillow. I get the feeling there are people staying here for extended stay and missing common courtesy of keeping the noise down in a hotel room.
