Staybridge Suites Kalamazoo by IHG

Upon my arrival, the first evening there was no one at the front desk and the half door lead into the front desk area was open. There was another guest waiting for Service when I arrived and he said he had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk. We both waited another 15 minutes and finally Zeus.(real name), came back in. He was the night employee.

It was nice

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Property and room was very clean.

The room was cozy and stunning. We all had nice hot showers and got to relax and enjoy the morning of a wedding. We had a hair and makeup team come in and there was lots of room for them to work.

I had called to set up a late checkout but the information was never put down and I ended up getting a call 40 minutes after regular checkout time. She handled it well and said it was okay to stay until the time I had mentioned before so I'm glad it wasn't a huge problem.

It was great we had birthday party and no complaints loved it check in was easy breakfast was good

Zues and Summer were the nicest people. We are staying here because I had a house fire and they have just made this so much better. Their attitudes to the work they do is refreshing and I really thank them both for being so kind.

The breakfast was good. But only one girl working and it was the weekend. She really needed some help but did the best she could.
