Staybridge Suites Kalamazoo by IHG

It was a very comfortable relaxing stay. Nice courtyard with a fire pit. Breakfast is very good. I would recommend to friends.

I REALLY think this property is overpriced. The amenities in the room are sparse for a high priced property. Also - many people do NOT like creamers - please provide REAL milk products for those do not like fake creamers. I know this is picky - but for over $200 night I do not expect to bring my own half and half (or milk) for my coffee. You may think this is a small thing - but the first thing I look for is the ability to make decent coffee in my room. (I spent some time in the room online and this was important).

Close to Western Michigan University. Close to restaurants. Quiet. Close parking.

Upon arrival, front desk, apologize for being on phone with babysitter and not recognizing patrons. elevators with broken components. Vinyl flooring in room coming up. Iron does not work. Reset room key and was locked out no apologies. Free breakfast, lacked dishes, clean trays, and when requesting was told kitchen will be taking care of it. Overflowing garbage visible in dining area.Keep in mind the front desk and their kitchen are in eye sight of each other. Go somewhere else.

Very good. We usually stay at the Hilton garden in down town and this was much better.

Just stopped in town for the night, had last minute availability. Clean room, nice shower products. Better than your normal hotel room. It was really nice!

What a little gem! The bedding was GREAT ! Nice soft sheets and great pillows. Plus the bathtowels are actually large! .. The front desk staff was so good. Plus the breakfast served in the morning was not only good, but had a variety of things to eat including lots of fruit! Definitely a hotel you'll want to stay in. Clean and friendly !

The staff were so amazing. I was here for about 5 weeks, unexpectedly, as a single mom. They were so adaptable with changing my reservation and room when needed. They helped clean our room twice out of the normal cleaning routine, after being sick and they always helped hold my baby if i need to run to the car for something. All of them went above and beyond. The hotel is quiet but yet close to grocery and other food spots, food delivery is very easy to the room. The breakfast was amazing each morning with many options and they have a HH a few nights a week.

I’ve been here 5 years ago and it has gone downhill since then. Breakfast was badly attended, not very clean and on Sat/Sun items were missing and the the floor was a disaster. During the night of Saturday someone pissed in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned until 11am next morning. What a disgrace!
