As usual nice stuff and clean room

Nice hotel with great location in probably the best area in Kuwait City. Have tried many hotels in Kuwait but keep returning to this one. Apart from most other hotels in Kuwait Ibis Salmiya keeps a "western" style and profile. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel restaurant has an ok selection and does the trick it you need to stay at the hotel for dinner. Alternatively the area around the hotel provides multiple choices of restaurants from high-end to more affordable alternatives. All in all a good choice at an affordable rate.

The welcome from the reception staff is genuine and makes you feel like you are at home from your own home. The breakfast is great too and the staff there are friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay and the staff were incredibly kind, funny, and helpful. Especially Joy, Alaa, Mohamed and Grace. They all had a great sense of humour and went out of their way to help me. The hotel was comfortable and had everything I needed and the terrace restaurant was beautiful. The chef was friendly and had prepared a breakfast dish just for me to try. Every single staff member I met at the hotel had perfect customer service skills. The room had a fantastic view out of the window, there was always hot water in the shower, and air conditioning that worked. Everything was clean. I could not have been more pleased to stay there. The surrounding area had shops, a supermarket, cafes and places to eat. All my needs were met. If I go to Kuwait again I know exactly where I will be staying -Ibis hotel Salmiya. That is 100% sure. Excellent hotel, one of the best in Kuwait, I have been staying there for years. Amazing service, the staff wants to please and very professional, from top manager to waiters. The location is unbeatable close to restaurants, shops, and cafes. Great café on third floor with amazing views. Best value in Kuwait.

Very afforadable hotel, second time staying. Great location to get around. Staff is very helpful, would stay again.

Ideal hotel for night stop. Clean room,good wi fit and breakfast.

Close to many samll malls, shops ans cafes. But it is difficult to fine a parking spot.

As the headline says. It was a nice pleasant easy stay. No guest rules. No extra hidden fees
