worst ever ibis i stayed in , check in took 25 mnts price like 5 star hotel

The location is perfect near khalij road and many coffee shops and supermarket around. I arrived the hotel late at night from long driving distance, the room blanket, bed sheets and pillow cover was smell bad and the room was very small. I speak to the reception and they requested the room service to change all of them.

I always stay in this property because I like the location, price and inside facility. Quite clean inside and staff is very nice.

Staff was extremely courteous & helpful, both on the phone and in person. Good, safe neighborhood-- conveniently located for our purposes. Room was smaller than we're used to, but clean, fresh and well-tended. Breakfast buffet was very good with an assortment of offerings.

Nice design in the lobby area and nice view from the room.

The front desk didn't have my information when I got there to check-in. I wanted a non-smoking room and I got one, but my neighbors were smokers and I ended up smelling it and feeling miserable. My neighbors were loud till 2 in the morning. Upon check-out I asked for a receipt for my company, the gal at the front desk, checked and said, "you have booked on Expedia, please print it from there. While it is true, I had booked it over Expedia, but at a good property, the front desk would have asked it differently, "sir, I noticed you have booked it over Expedia, would you want me to still print it for you or would you like to print it yourself". The front desk seemed rather uninterested with helping me as a customer. Overall, the front desk needs more training, the property is beginning to become a tad bit run down.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the area is outstanding. Will definitely stay here in future trips.
