"Good"

We were there for four days and they didn't pick up the trash. and never made the beds. The bathroom had four days of towels all on the floor. And we had to go down to front desk to get all the towels each day. Also the web site says that the breakfast was free and they charged us $ 33.00 and there says free. They don't tell you unless you ask the front desk. Then they gave us two free breakfasts for the last two days. No quality. Not happy. Never again !

"Decent place to stay for the money."

Decent place, our room was a little dusty and the carpet needed cleaned. The beds were not great. Close to the airport but not much else.

"Only complaint was the problems stated about the restaurant situations."

Everything was okay. The restaurant needs consider making sure there is enough staff to handle a full hotel. Wait times there a bit too long and tables needed cleaning to get guests in quicker.

"Most comfortable rooms and friendly staff"

Definitely the most comfortable room of our trip. Our only complaint was even though there was 3 beds, there wasn't bedding for 3 beds. But the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Night shift staff didn’t gave me the right information of my reservation. I was w resrvation on hand, and she said there wasnt no reservation, so I showed the reservation number w receipt as evidence, that was very terrible experience.
