Excellent service as soon as I checked in. Extremely friendly. The restaurant was amazing too. Excellent food. My room was very clean. I’ll definitely go back.

"Stay Here, but skip their $14.00 Breakfast"

Very clean, modern hotel. I was working for a day and a half out of KCMO. Everything excelent except they charge $14.00 for a breakfast you get for free at any quailty hotel. it isn't worth it. Quality, so-so, like the other hotel breakfasts. Went to Cracker Barrel and got an excellent breakfast for way cheaper.

We checked in late night last night. We came into the room and it wasn't until we unloaded that we saw hair splattered on the bathroom wall, the floors were not vacuumed and the nightstand had food/sticky residue ask over it. We informed the front desk & they told us since it was paid through Expedia I needed to contact you. Thank you!

The evening staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. Their service and welcoming attitudes were such a breathe of fresh air. The mornign staff behaved like we were a bother to them though. So sad

"Clean and quiet"

Clean, quiet, close to the airport. Just what I needed after a long work week. The bed was not very comfortable...saggy in the middle and squeaked when I sat on it. But it did the trick for my purposes this time around.
