Holiday Inn Houma by IHG

There palm limbs laying in the parking lot in Houma, water pressure was low and not hot enough , same issue in and Santee S.C.

I cannot express how wonderful this facility and staff are! We go to Houma for an annual three day motorcycle rally in April of each year and have always stayed at this motel because of its location and personnel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. When our rally was cancelled in April 2020 because of Covid 19, the staff called to let me know and cancelled our reservations. Now the rally has been rescheduled and I have been contacted to see if we were coming and did the hotel need to reserve a room in October for us. THIS IS INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! Thank you to all the staff!

Stayed in Houma for one night prior to a fishing trip the next day.

Stayed here from the 1st to the 5th of March. The rooms are very nice and clean ,. Large parking . Nice hotel building. Too few persons worked at the breakfast. Some of the mornings it took much too long time to get it. Almost 45 minutes waiting one morning. Not good at all. The people working at the hotel were quite friendly but they behaved like under-motivated. The girls in the bar were top ! Too much noise at night in the corridors. A strange place too be honest.

Hotel is fairly new and staff were very friendly. Room is nice size and has a ceiling fan which is a nice. Room is was clean, along with hallways and lobby. Nice clean place to stay. Would reccommend !

We stayed for a total of 5 nights, very clean, courteous staff, great location, very accommodating when we had to extend our stay 1 night. Will recommend to all of our out of town guests.

Over all was great. Bed was wore out as to where it had indentured on both sides I kept on rolling over to one side or the other made it very hard to stay in middle. Mattress just seen it’s best days and need replacing

The hotel is nice and modern. Our room had several issues. the Air conditioning did not work and they couldn't fix it. There was a ceiling fan which made it livable. The refrigerator was not plugged in, and the Phone didn't work. I was late when we got back. The Front desk offered to put us in another room. I didn't want to move everything. They said we could leave our stuff in the other room and just sleep in the new room. I declined, but appreciated the offer.

Great location. Easy access to anywhere in town.
