"Needs a thorough cleaning "

The bed was way too soft which made for a horrible nights sleep. At first glance the room appeared clean, but then we staryed noticing little bits of stuff on the carpet, a wet spot on the carpet, and other small things that could have been cleaner.

The new beds were soft and very difficult to get into due to their height. Older patrons and individuals with mobility issues will have a difficult time with them.

Chelsea at the check in IS A DELIGHT... MORE THAN HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING IN EVERY WAY. Hot breakfast, new mattresses, COMFORTABLE AND SPOTLESS. EVERY EMPLOYEE WORKING HARD TO MAKE THIS PLACE GREAT. LOVE THE LOCATION.

"Overcharged & No Resolution"

I reserved a room with double beds, and the room was given to someone else. The front desk agent initially said she would move that guest to another room, but for whatever reason, decided not to, and said she would "fix it". As we were a party of 4, we needed two beds, and there were no more double rooms. So she placed us in separate rooms, with one bed each, and stated we would not be charged additional. They have charged my card, for the two nights, for the room (110) that was given to someone else and for the room (230) I was in. Additionally, they've charged another person's card, for the room (209) that was to be complimentary. At this point, I will be disputing the charges, for Room 110, with my bank.
