"Family Vacation"

My family spent 3 nights here. Overall a great experience. Location was good close to Louisville yet not to far from Mammouth Cave/National Corvette Museum. Lots of dining options close by. Pool was a nice size. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mattresses could be a bit firmer for some of us but perfect for others. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the woman who worked late Thursday (8/18) and Friday. Roof was being worked on but we never heard any noise/commotion during our entire visit.

Under construction and the breakfast facilities shut down at 8:00am. We usually wait until 8:00 so as not to hinder the working people staying at the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Customer service was inconsistent even after having a botched reservation. House cleaning came well before check out and didn’t know of late check out. Noise level from highway was loud making sleep difficult. Let alone having to sleep on a couch when you reserved 2 beds. Will be sure to let others know NOT to go here. Sorry.
