The property, the food, the wonderful team and staff made our stay completely unforgettable. We will definitely be staying again. A+

It was good

The jacuzzi was nice. Extremely difficult to get into if you are not really tall and the operating directions are confusing, but it’s a nice big tub. It’s a little weird that there’s a window that overlooks the main dining room and the lights in there shine into the bath, though there is a privacy curtain. The double shower and heated bathroom floor are also lovely. I liked that there was a code to get into the house and room. No key to keep track of. I couldn’t get the QR code to scan properly to operate it but my partner could so we were fine. The honor bar is also nice. Just write down what you take. There’s also an extensive selection of coffee and tea available 24/7, though not in the rooms. Note there aren’t complimentary snacks which is a bit unusual for a BNB. There also aren’t shops terribly close so bring your own.

Not bad but breakfast is served right at 9. As in a tray with breakfast is placed on the table in the main dining room at 9 on the dot. We got there at 9, but other guests came down at 9:15 to cold food. It’s also not a 6 course meal but a 6 item meal. Not huge but adequate. Again not bad but something to consider is it is a very unique floor plan. Rooms and randomly placed balconies. There are rooms with balconies overlooking the main room! Our room was private (except the window in the bath but it’s covered). There’s a small room with a pool table and movies to borrow but odd for a place catering to weddings and couples, 99% of the movies are action films. No rom coms or light hearted comedy. We never did get our DVD player to work but that’s minor.

Cozy & peaceful retreat

This b&b was beautiful, elegant but extremely comfortable. We did not want to leave. Our hosts were fabulous and allowed us access to the entire property including a stunning dining area and a tavern. Our dogs loved it!! Lovely garden area and grounds in general. The inside was stunning with unusual and eclect furniture. Would highly recommend this place. Not much area but Doordash did the trick! Luxurious bedding
