Great location, lovely room, excellent dining and friendly staff. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place has a lot to offer and is very nice the staff were very helpful and polite, the room we stayed in had and was everything you need for a short break, our Saturday evening meal was really good as was Sunday lunch, breakfast was nice but the sauce on our eggs benedict was split other than that its was all ok

Two of the pillows were lumpy and as previously said benedict sauce was split

Extremely comfortable bed mattress. Rain shower. Good size room in the Coach House which was pet friendly. Lovely cooked breakfast including freshly made veggie sausages. Enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Lovely grounds to walk around

The breakfast was lovely at £17.50 but if you only wanted a small Continental breakfast it was the same price.

Super location and beautiful grounds, really lovely public areas.

The room was shabby, blinds on windows non functioning, bathroom fittings worn, shower door has been leaking water for ages, and worse of all, we had been upgraded! The whole place from reception to bar and dining room staffed with minimum numbers, seemingly the same 3 people, very pleasant but obviously over tasked.

Everything is available on site, we were able to sit the in the garden area, use the bar, then return to our room before dinner in the on-site restuarant. A quick pre-dinner drink in the friendly bar area before some excellent food in the great restaurant. We were also lucky enough to be greeted by the friendly and helpful Manager who showed us to our room.
