I loved the atmosphere calm and quiet place. Went with family with kids of course as it's holidays. Kids loved the food. I hope next time they can have more new and different choices. Overall loved it

We liked the breakfast variety. Full English for my husband and lighter choice for me Lovely dining area Staff were ALL excellent.

We found the room a little cold overnight. The evening meal was a little disappointing. Rubbery veg and steak pie unexciting.

"Really comfortable friendly place to rest your head and super handy for the M4!"

The reception staff, Lisa and Muhammed, were very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was vast and very comfortable. It was so quiet too despite being near a busy road. We greatly appreciated being able to make a cup of tea in our room in the morning as we didn't have tome to stay for breakfast.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Hot water for tea at breakfast time was provided through a coffee machine and seemed to have a film on top.
