"Wonderful welcoming staff and a great stay"

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was fantastic and breakfast in the room was perfect.

It would benefit from some upgrading but nothing that affected our stay.

"Lovely staff. Hotel rooms and bathrooms need a make over"

The staff where fantastic and really made the hotel great. The food was very nice and they catered for gluten-free. It was the staff that made us want to return as they were so welcoming and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean.

The lighting in the bedroom was terrible. The general decor in the room was tired and needed redoing.

The location of this hotel is ideal for us when visiting our grandchildren. The staff are great, the walk-in shower is ideal for us. The room was a good size. The breakfast is superb.

The duvet on the bed didn't really fit.
