The staff was super fabulous. Very helpful and polite. A big shout out to Ray.chef's kiss. Just loved how the staff was helpful and made my stay great

Only one day we had bacon. And I could not get any transportion.which is not your fault

All of the staff were great. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall it was a great hotel and a great experience.

Expensive room with no bath exhaust no bathroom heater, no laundry bag and EXTREMELY loud fan that I had to turn of but could hear other fans and noisy children in hall. And I resent the $15.00 "in case" charge because how do I know they will remove it.

The staff are all courteous and the breakfast selections are so good. There is quite nice Lobby and computer access . The rooms are spacious and Modern decor. I have now stayed only at Holiday Inn Express while in Levelland.
