Great staff as usual!

5th floor needs an update! The carpets are matted up presenting a major trip hazard for anyone! The mattresses are terrible in room 527!! I have stayed at this location a dozen times and never had any issues.

I loved the front desk staff!! They welcomed us very well and let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on. I loved that!

Our remotes in our room didn’t function and we had to have someone bring new ones. The break felt very haphazard and thrown together. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. None of the cereal dispensers worked. The food wasn’t being restocked. And when you approached the staff they were sure to make you sorry you did that. Soured the entire stay. There was a huge group of people partaking in smoking weed outside the pool area. One woman was clearly having a bad trip on something scaring all the kids. I wish there was staff to intervene when other guests are feeling unsafe. What felt like a safe option for my kids turned out to be a night up in the room watching tv.

I thought the breakfast and accommodations were great. My little one loved the elevators!

The only issue that I had was that my six-year-old found a hollow point bullet in the lobby. I wasn't aware of this until after we had already left. Otherwise, I would have immediately brought it to someone's attention. There were a lot of people staying there, so it was not the fault of the hotel or the staff.

No washcloths

The room was nice and very spacious. We had six people in our room, four kids and two adults. We had plenty of bed space since our children are smaller. The kids enjoyed the two separate rooms as well.

In our bathroom there was an old band-aid and hair around the perimeter. Overall the place seemed pretty clean except for what I just described. One of the elevators was broken for the first 12-18 hours as well but I do not fault the hotel for that. That sort of thing happens.

Location was good

Seems dated and smelled foul at times. No one cleaned our room. Left some gloves and bracelets at the bar on accident and the bartender knew they were mine; however, they were not turned in to lost and found or kept for me. I know I left them which is my fault. Made to pay to check in before 4:00 pm even though rooms were available.
