"Poor experience, unprofessional staff, lack of facilities."

The sink was leaking and it flooded the kitchen. Also they have an arbitrary policy of not allowing outside food. I have stayed in hotels around the country which easily allow you to come to the reception and collect outside food delivery, except this one. Ellaa Hotel staff stops the delivery 1 kilometre away on the main gate and ask you to go collect from there. When I told them Im a lawyer and apprised them that thus is illegal and they cant restrict my choice in food, they reluctantly and after a lot of argument, agreed to allow the food to come in. Poor service. Staff is not courteous either. They literally told me “you should have asked for our permission before ordering outside food”!! And this is after I partly ordered from their room service, and partly from outside.
