"One night stay: clean and comfortable: good food: polite staff"

Clean. Calm. Good food. Polite staff. We arrived on an early flight and had to wait for our room to be ready. The manager saw our kid struggling with sleep, and offered us an early room with an upgrade. Best place to stay around Gachibowli stadium.

"Disappointing! The hotel is not clean as shown in the pictures. The rooms smell of mold."

Mold on the walls and furniture. Dust all over the place and cockroaches at the buffet table.

Staff attitude and their approach to customer Staff is not customer friendly,, even though I have early checkin in my booking, made to wait when I requested to need room for 30 mins to freshnup. At breakfast staff don't listen to customer needs after breakfast lady came running to me saying you haven't paid for buffet to be told you are checking wrong room no, no apology no sorry just went
