Muy buena opción en Villahermosa, especialmente para viajes de trabajo o descanso tranquilo. El hotel está bien ubicado, con estacionamiento gratis, aire acondicionado eficiente y acceso directo a una pequeña plaza con restaurantes. En fin de semana, puede escucharse música alta desde un bar cercano. Las habitaciones remodeladas son modernas, espaciosas y acogedoras. Éramos dos adultos y dos niños pequeños, y la habitación fue perfecta, con sala de TV tipo suite. Al estar en el sexto piso tuvimos acceso a un lounge ejecutivo con desayuno y cenas incluidas; la comida fue tan generosa que no salimos a comer fuera. El personal fue excepcionalmente amable. Compré flores para el cumpleaños de mi esposa y, sin pedirlo, las colocaron como sorpresa en la habitación. También arreglaron un mueble suelto en minutos. Lo malo: al llegar, los dos elevadores estaban descompuestos y solo uno funcionó durante toda la estancia. La presión del agua en la regadera era muy baja, y no había amenidades básicas como jabón o crema corporal. Lo más extraño: al pedir la crema, en recepción lo vieron como algo raro y nunca la enviaron. Son detalles menores, pero contrastan con lo bien cuidado que está todo lo demás.

Todo muy bien, pero tuve la mala fortuna de que no servía el agua caliente. Me avisaron (e hicieron firmar un documento de "enterado"), al hacer check in, pero el agua helada hizo muy difícil bañarse. Lo demás, sin problema
