This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel, and I was certainly not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly helpful reception staff. Our room was fabulous with amazing views over the beach and Marina. Breakfast buffet was incredible, with an extensive choice of beautiful food. The staff serving were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area, with bar, was first class, beautiful big, very clean pool, with plenty of sunbeds, which were also extremely comfy. Lunch on the terrace, the food was equally as good, with superb service, and helpful staff. Overall, i would rate my stay as 10 out of 10. I will definitely return. Only one negative, is the ridiculous amount of time we had to wait to get through airport customs, with only 2 gates operating with ignorant border staff not in the least concerned, and no intention of reducing the queues.

Muy limpio todo

I liked the view from the room, the aircon was fine and rooms are spacious. Personal was rather nice and rooms were clean and silent but there was veyr little lightening in the room in the evening they should provide proper lamps.

Didn't liked that the hotel do not have any "duvet" or cover to warm up they only have thin sheets whereas other hotels of this area had bed covers. I stayed 3 weeks there and was disappointed as the gym aircon was broken I asked multiple times for fixing it but then with 30 degrees it is hard to use the gym so they should fix it as I picked this hotel also based on gym facilities. There was not always hot water available. The restaurant food was not always good and you can order same twice you won't get the same quantities or content in your plate there is no consistency.

Llegué y la habitación apestaba a drenaje a coladera su solución aromatizante a tal grado que dolía la cabeza del aroma horas después cambió de habitación fui muy claro no quiero habitación cercana a los elevadores y el cambio fue a un lado de elevadores, en habitación con dos camas les solicité una sola cama como eres mi reserva que pasó jamás me cambiaron aunque prometieron cambio al siguiente día nada el bufete caro para lo que dan mil veces mejor el de courtyard no es la primera ves que me hospedo aquí pero si seré la última
