"Better customer service needed !!"

The stay was fine however when I arrived there was no one at the front desk therefore it took quite long for us to get checked in. I had been driving for a while so I just needed to check in so I cold shower n change for my family event!!

The mattress. Very comfortable

I need a handicap room. When I booked it, it said it was a rolled in shower. And it was a tub. I can’t pick up my legs so I couldn’t bathe. At the front desk said it was a handicap room.

I had reserved rooms for handicap as my wife is in wheelchair had to change rooms after check in because we were placed in regular room hotel looked run down carpet and furniture in bad condition sink in bathroom was not wheelchair hight beds to high for handicap person transferring from wheelchair to bed
