Location, close to Falcon Lake, we were there for fishing trip

Bathroom outlet did not work, had to blow dry my hair at desk with no mirror, microwave outlet did not work either, had to move microwave to small table next to lamp to warm baby milk bottles, and had a hard time opening the door to get into room

Room was clean, bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

Room was a bit warm. I lowered the AC but never got cold.

Nice room. Lots of space. Clean.

It was quite , very outdated hotel . But it was ok for one night.

I enjoyed the bed and the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We changed rooms after unpacking because the television was not working. The ice machine was on a different floor. The breakfast was advertised as “good”. It was an average continental style selection. The coffee was good, but we went out for breakfast.

Clean

Not a very pleasant experience.The receptionist had given our room to another guest with my last name. They did not even check the confirmation number to see if it was me. My family had to wait longer than an hour and a half before we were given a room. I had a crying 2 year old granddaughter crying and screaming because she was tired and hungry from the long road trip. We had purchased food but it got cold. We were not given an apology for the mix-up and long wait. Then to make matters worse, they wanted us to move to another room in the morning because of some technical difficulties with the key card system. I kept telling them to please let my family get a room and that it could be sorted out while they settled in but the answer was "NO". Very bad manager. To top it all off, the receptionist basically blamed us for the mix up.
