Staff was friendly and willing to give information upon request. Bed was comfortable. But, there was mold in the bathroom door and walls, sink was clogged, to have breakfast you must go very early...at 8:30 am there was no coffee and some things were no longer available. The most important thing...there is NO water to drink! The small lobby store had NO water to sell and there were no vending machines in the property. We had to go to a Walmart to buy some water to prevent dehydration!!!

"Left early hungry!"

The room and front desk were great. There was no breakfast in the morning. The young man working in the kitchen should be praised for trying to be attentive to our needs. He got left holding the bag and facing the public. The answer we received was that the delivery truck had not come yet, so they were out of food, except bacon. Very poor planning on management's part. Worst i have ever encountered.

"Decent hotel but needs better cleaning "

The hotel was decent. Staff was very friendly and nice and breakfast was good. My only issue was the cleanliness. Our room had not been vacuumed at all. It still has food crumbs and things in the floor from the last guest. Bathroom wasn’t very clean either. There was a noticeable dog smell through the hotel also. Other than the cleaning issues the rest was fine.

"Need to look at their billing practices."

The property was clean. Staff was friendly.

What I had a problem with is putting a hold on my money for twice the amount of the stay for the entire time I was there. Three days later and the hold is still in place. Lucky I have that much money in my account.
