The property was great, room was comfortable however the staff at the front desk was rude because I used expedia and was not a holiday inn member. Actually I am but being last minute I chose expedia. They were giving cold bottles of water to "members" and we were not allow to put two candy bars on our room because we were third party members. It was very rude and I feel we were not treated well. I will not go back unfortunately.

I like the modern style. The pool and hot tub are nice for hotels of a similar area and price. Nice to be near the Dunes.
