This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Seasons Heritage Melbourne in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all payments made by a Credit Card will incur a 1.5% non-refundable credit card surcharge. Please note check-in time is from 14.00 until 23:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation, to receive late check-in instructions. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, and an AUD $400 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking, including on apartment balconies, is detected.
