The location, close to the hospital where my daughter was having surgery.

The room air conditioning didn’t work. There was a small heater provided to heat the entire room. The heater controls were broken, there were signs of overheating on the unit. It was not tested and tagged. I couldn’t leave the heater on as the controller was broken. The window blinds didn’t fit resulting in light from the adjacent building coming through the gap in the blinds all night. The cover fell off the room electrical panel.The wifi didn’t work when I changed rooms and neither did the tv. The new room had a moth eaten carpet.

Great value - everything is very good condition etc

The winning point for me was convenience- it was close to where I need to be and it’s got good transport links. Bed is comfortable enough without much fuss, room amenities are basic but clean and tidy. It would be nice if the bins were at least emptied daily, even though I only stayed for a couple of nights. Overall, ok if you’re only after a comfortable bed for the night. No frills.

The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean. The location was perfect.

The room was pretty basic and a bit dismal. It looked NOTHING like the picture I booked from. The lighting was very poor. There was a balcony, but the door was locked and there was construction stuff on the balcony. The only window would only open a tiny bit and had no screen. We were overlooked by office workers.

One of the worst Accommodation i never met.The Heater in Air con was not working, rooms were freezing become of the faulty air-conditioning and when I complained thecreceptionist gave a me a a n upright fan heater which was not good enough for the money we paid.2.The internet was not working in the first day and jeep complaining and finally fixed them in second day which was not helpful to make my exam successfully, because of this issue.3 There is no screen cloth in bathroom shower where the water is chattering and spraying all over the bath room floor which is a major tripping hazard.But the reception people said it is what it is.I complained this on my check in, and want to cancell my booking, but they said you booked via Booking.com so you need to contact them .I am totally upset with the facility in the room and the service provided is not enough for the money we paid its a king of cheating.Whatsbthe guaranty for the money we paid.i am going to raise a legal issue against this.I feel that I wasted $200 for this rubbish.sorry for my wording because of the frustration.i m not recommend any one to this accommodation.Booking.com needs to be alert with this cheating.i have photos of all the issue I mentioned here.

Simply avoid this property, its better to stay in the street instead
