Little to no maintenance. All very tired. Balconies not cleaned. Carpets in hallways lumpy. Skirting damaged in areas and not repaired in is quite obviously a long time. Hole in the wall next to lifts on floor 4, and not even an attempt to patch or repair. It is like everyone has given up wanting to invest in the place

The property is in a very good location.

Room was small, no microwave, the fridge didn’t work, room felt claustrophobic and even though on the fifth floor very noisy outside and also inside with slamming of doors.

Location is good.

We were not advised of construction on site. We paid for parking and several times during our two night stay we were unable to access parking. The room was unclean and when I pulled the blanket out of cupboard to use it was stained and filthy. Heater made noises that keep us awake and staff were rude and unhelpful.

room service was not done daily was told would be done every three days had to enquire about clean towels. could not get a early wakeup calls no body at reception.

Desk was unattended and had to call cell after 30min. Not hospitable. Very dusty and had to clean air filter for partially working HVAC. Refrigerator was ice packed and not cooling. Marks all over walls. Floors and walls in halls were in serious need of repair and cleaning.

Close to the hospital my partner had to attend appointments at.
