Room was old and not very clean. Hair still behind door etc Bathroom door handle broken Beds uncomfortable Randoms fighting in carpark Carpark is not secure (open space no security hotel takes no responsibility) Was not given enough towels or blankets No one on reception Phone rings out Takes days to get your bond back

It was super close to the tram stop

The room was really dirty. Alot of dust on the bedroom doors. Massive marks on the mirror. Aswell as heaps of marks on the wall. One of the bed legs where broken. Bed was super stiff, the blanket was on the bed nicely. But the sheets felt and looked like they where thrown on the bed by a toddler. The couch was super uncomfortable aswell

Nothing. Only decent thing is the location.

Everything - it was not clean the walls had some mould or other thing, as soon as you walk in there’s a musty old smell. The heater did not work, they give you 1 thin sheet to use as a blanket. The shower water pressure was so weak the sink tap pressure was stronger than the shower. The bed was some old spring bed where you can feel the springs. I could not sleep and one of the lights in the room did not work and the room was so dark. For over 100 a night this hotel is shit. Not worth the money at all.

Close to everything and easy checkin

The receptionist said room names out loud when checking in. As a solo female traveller in my room alone its always scary when that happens. Rooms were small and dirty. Grits and dust was everywhere. Under the bed was really bad. Parts of the room had a base board on it nailed in. Sign in the bathroom said towels aren't all washed between people if they are on the towel rack...meaning you could be washing yourself with someone else's towel. There is only 1 sink. Usually fine, but the sink is shallow and the tap is too small so when you can't fill the kettle all the way.

Well located for the event I was attending. Room was relatively quiet and had a view of Albert Park Lake. Just 180m from a convenience store. I did not like small capsules of UHT milk not even in fridge. No light milk

Honestly there is nothing positive to say about this property.

The condition of the rooms would make drug dens appealing

The location as we attending a event at MSAC

The bed was uncomfortable, out side surroundings were noisey.

The location of the property is great. Close to trams that go straight to the city!

The room didn’t feel very clean and it was uncomfortable. There was a funny smell about the room too.
