We were upgraded from a Superior Double to a Suite. This meant we had a bedroom and living area, both with lovely views out to the dock and river. It was a lovely surprise! We also had some free drinks and snacks in the mini fridge. The location was perfect, right by Albert Docks and close to everything we needed. Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and more than what we needed for the night.

Don’t have any complaints due to the free upgrade meaning the room was more than satisfactory and had a fabulous view. All I would say is another light in the bathroom as it seemed quite dark!

The location was good, and the staff were good. The breakfast was very good with good choices.

No fridge or water in the room in hot weather. The water at the shop was very expensive. The bath tub was not clean.
