Nice easy location for city centre

Absolute chaos at breakfast time long queues for fried eggs the bacon was nearly cremated the tea /coffee machines were always breaking down only one out of 4 working on the Friday morning and serving plastic cups only with not enough staff clearing away used plates and cutlery very disappointed with the breakfast routine both days we stopped with it being a 4* hotel

The location was lovely, car park not too far away and discount given for hotel users well done.

Shower in room wasn’t great, compared to our room that was a little fault

Room keys didn’t work several times. No decaffeinated coffee beans, then no sparkling water, no refund offered. Just an alternative. So soda water it was then. Not very good for a Friday night!

Lovely hotel. Opposite the M&S arena, where I needed to be.

Central position with excellent facilities. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room and surrounding areas were very clean and tidy.

The car parking is at Kings Dock Car Park. It’s very expensive, even with the hotel discount. A bit of a walk to the hotel, not too bad.
