Location is second to none. Bar staff was super friendly

Shannon at check in was nothing short of rude. After telling us we were checking in too early, and me mentioning we had booked an executive room so I believed check in was 1pm rather than 3pm, she looked me up and down, took my name, gave me a key card and said we're on the 6th floor. No niceties, no asking about breakfast, etc, etc. We went to our room, put bags down etc, and went to the bar for our complementary drinks...again, a perk of the executive room. The lovely bar man said we should have been given vouchers at check in! He was nice enough to save us from dealing with Shannon again, he got our vouchers and the voucher for a coffee each. We book Leonardo hotels often, and Shannon really does not do the brand any favours. It should be said the rest of the staff we dealt with were lovely, but she really marred our whole day.

Great location for our needs. Such good customer service from all staff, very guest focused. Breakfast was ok overall . Will return to this hotel and continue discovering more that Liverpool offers, a great city and our first visit. Didn’t want to come home😊

Location by Albert Dock is very good and also convenient to walk to the centre. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which had the added bonus of having a coffee machine and a great view.
