Advertised as having car park, but it was paid at £19 per 24 hrs .

Great atmosphere, close to any attractions, really helpful stuff really like this place.

Imo no car park for that big building isn't accessible

I'm on a gluten-free diet, so it was nice to have a separate toaster and condiments that I could be sure were not contaminated by gluten, without asking ! It was less easy for the cooked breakfasts, where it was hard to be certain which serving implement belonged to what, and people probably used things for more than one item. Keeping sausages at another location would solve this. Overall very good, with a nice choice and helpful staff.

I think they use some sort of cleaning stuff or air freshener that aggravated my asthma (I couldn't smell any scents, though, which is good or it would have been worse !). I couldn't identify the Do Not Disturb tag as it is very busy and that part is in the smallest letters (it actually says I've Had a Long Day - but I wanted to put it there in the morning, so I hadn't by then (how am I supposed to know when they do the cleaning ?)) ! Simpler and more easily identifiable would have helped when the supervisor barged in (almost) whilst I was napping with no clothes on !!!

The mixer in the room shank was not working. Very hot water. The room temp could not be adjusted. Relatively warm in a very hot weather outside. Breakfast was average.

Great Location for Albert Docks and the Pier Head area.

Rooms were tired, particularly the bathroom with black mould spots around the edge of the bath. I stayed there over 10 years ago when it was a Jury's brand and looks like little or no investment since I was last there. On the second night of the room was not serviced. Reported to reception, but no response despite promise that someone would be in touch.
