Breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel,poor produce,awful coffee & tea ,fruit selection was embarrassing, cooked breakfast was bland & tasteless.ive stayed here many times over the years but regrettably I won't be returning

Great location for Albert Dock and Liverpool one. Communal areas were modern and airy and the AC was a must in the heat.

The room was very tired, stained carpet, corrosion all around the mirror, mould stains on the bathroom extractor fan. Needs modernising and nothing like the pictures. Also the cost, I booked early as was attending a big concert and rooms were showing as limited availability 6 months ago. Looked online the day before the show and the same room would have cost £90 less if I had waited to book.

On Albert Dock short walk to Liverpool One. Breakfast was good but was busy could have done with extended times weekdays. Property was clean. Air conditioning was fab room always cool during heatwave

Rooms a little dated especially bathroom with cracked tiles and marked mirror. Bedrooms could have done with a refresh and some of furniture in dining area were in need of replacing

Struggle to get cold water when having shower or bath during heat wave Toilet paper ( I've seen thicker fag papers ) Toilet seat broken Only free view TV , couldn't even get sky news , for the money it's changed since changing from ours inn
