Gerçekten her sene gittiğimizde bizi kucaklayan bi sıcaklığı var. Geçen sene sevdiğimiz tatlıları ve kahveyi hatırlayan Ferhat Bey’in içten samimiyeti. Büyük bir otel olmasına rağmen aile işletmesi hissiyatı sunuyor.

Top quality hotel. No bracelets needed, beach towels available whenever you needed. All drinks on tap and such great cocktails with proper brands. Amazing holiday. Wish we were there longer.

Essensqualität top, aber Vielfalt und Abwechslung könnten im vegetarischen Bereich deutlich besser sein. Fitness mässig ausgestattet.

Personal sehr freundlich, Speisen und Getränke absolut top. Lage, Klasse. Das war unser vierter Aufenthalt und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hier.

Die Instandhaltung hat etwas nachgelassen.

The hotel is modern, well-spaced and in a great location. The views – when accessible – of the ocean and the ancient town of Side were beautiful with lovely walks along the beach front with nice bars, restaurants and shops. The all inclusivity of the resort was one of it’s most sublime feature with 24-hours access to drinks and food with the food being of an extremely high standard, we were extremely impressed with the offerings this resort provided in drinks, food, restaurants and bars, it was all excellent.

The biggest disappointment for us - and the reason for the lower score - was the service, with the exception of one or two very good staff members, generally we found the service to be very poor, most seemed surprised that we want to communicate in English at an International hotel (they predominantly seemed to speak German), most seemed extremely over worked and quite surly because of it and we were ignored on more times than I can count. We were also surprised in regard to the number of ‘managers’ hanging around not seeming to contribute much but the beration of staff/

Einfach alles! Die Mahlzeiten waren alle fantastisch angerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig. Uns hat der Service sehr gut gefallen, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die schöne Einrichtung, die gepflegte Ausstattung und Anlage und das Angebot im Fitness-Raum. Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr hier und kommen gerne wieder!

Everything from the location, room, food and the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Amazing, fantastic staff. That is why we keep coming back every year. It is like a home away from home.

Not a lot but to be picky, the knives in the restaurant are blunt. Hard to cut into meat sometimes. We are not the only people that mentioned this. Hot sandwich selection would be much appreciated at the patisserie than just cold selection.
