Comfortable, modern hotel. Predominantly for adult clients. Top notch meals. A large outdoor pool, a decent size indoor pool - a great advantage compared to most other hotels in the area. Smooth entry into the sea. A good spa. Gym. Yoga classes daily. I decided to prolong my stay at the Acanthus Cennet and will definitely be back another time!

Hardly any major negative points. Complaining at high level. Lacked the possibility to seat down and have a drink before registering at the reception upon arrival. Common areas lack cosiness, warmth. Having a library would be lovely. The area behind the hotel is abandoned; however, one can take walks along the sea promenade and towards Side. Indoor pool is quite cold, water hardly above 25C. Bathrobes in the rooms are all insufficient size. Even the XL sized ones are too small for a woman slightly larger than average, let alone for a big man. Hotel and room design is fancy, but at times design overwhelms functionality. Having the basin and part of the bathroom inside the room is not very convenient: cold when you leave the shower and no privacy if there are more than one guest in the room. Marble niches in front of the basin and below the mirror are too low for many accessories like shampoo, aftersun, nose-rinser. Lacked space to hang up towels outside the shower and hooks for accessories (shower cap, wash lap) inside the shower. Table and floor lamps should be placed closer to the coach in the room. The table in front of the mirror is convenient for make up, but too narrow for comfortable work on a laptop.

Замечательный отель! Еда выше всяких похвал, разнообразно, качественно и очень вкусно! Были в несезон, народу немного, отчего еще больше все понравилось. Персоналу отдельное спасибо за приветливость и четкую работу. Рекомендую этот отель и сама с удовольствием вернусь

We love this property . It’s our favourite. You cannot fault it in any way

I booked a room for 3 adults at 1800 euros. When we got there the sofa, not a sofa bed. It was not suitable so we had to book another room at £1000. My brother had this room. Our room was the same room so please can we be refunded. I’m ready to book again in march.
