we stayed at this hotel once before and we had a great corner room with a city view, which was quite large. This time we noticed that the hotel seems to be getting a little tired. i would say the hotel is fairly old and is starting to show the signs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I don't think we would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Exceedingly accommodating regarding valet parking, reception and a couple of specific requests. The hotel location was within 2-3 blocks of the Bell Center, Starbucks, and Eggspectation -a super breakfast place. Beds were very comfortable and the large bathroom was wonderful. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was appreciated.

Our suite was a bit disappointing. Surprisingly, there was no couch and our “city” view out of the massive window was garbage alley, so very disgusting. We kept our sheer curtains drawn. The fans for air conditioning were blowing directly above our beds. And, we had to be careful of the massive glass art on the hall wall with spikes on it. You only bump into that once before learning to avoid. Personally, I’d have the glass art removed and put a settee against the wall.
