Good Location near grand Tetons

They have newer cab cabins, but they put us in an old cabin. It was outdated, and the TV was almost nonfunctional. The staff had to come to the room several times to get the TV to work.

I was upgraded to a cottage that faced the river, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since it was my wife’s 75th birthday vacation. The cottage was nicely appointed and decorated and felt upscaled. The free breakfast was one our favorites during our 6 week travel. Eggs were moist and actually tasted like real eggs, and was offered two ways. Nice assortment of food and was nicely laid out. Looked upscaled. The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive and appeared to take great pride in presentation. The lodge had a nice rustic decor.

Our biggest gripe was the use of the shower handle. Single handle with one part you turn for water volume and the other to adjust for temperature. However you needed to also depress a button on the side of the knob while turning it for hot water to actually get hotter water. If not properly depressed, you don’t get anything but lukewarm water. Had to ask front desk what the button was for. Once figured out, wasn’t much of a problem. 2nd issue was the repaving of half the property. They did a great job of mitigating any inconvenience of the construction. It was hardly noticeable to guests.

It is a beautiful property. Staff was all extremely helpful and kind. The guys that ran the shuttle service and golf cart services all deserve a raise. They went above and beyond when my kids wanted to go for a golf cart ride.

Great location, great Creekside cabin. Would highly recommend this to anyone! Peaceful and friendly

Breakfast was very good, we liked that you offer 2 scrambled egg choices. The rooms were very cozy.

I know it is more expensive in Jackson Hole but for the value and the time of year, I would have expected lower rates. We stayed in West Yellowstone and the cabin we had there was a 2 bedroom with King beds and we paid less then what you charge for 2 Queen beds in an all open area. Truth be told, we said that next time we go, we will stay in West Yellowstone the whole time and drive back and forth to the different areas. Again we enjoyed the stay there but probably as a one time visit.

Room was warm and spacious, location close to town, breakfast was great, maybe consider variety. Parking was a problem due to maintenance work.

I love that all of the fire pits are going every night.
