Some facilities like bar, restaurant and fire pits were closed but it was off season so understandable.

. At checkin had requested when booked for rooms next to each other( young adult daughter travelling with me and I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights). The rooms were not next to each other and when I said that I requested rooms next to each other the response was “ we didn’t get that agenda”. No apology and no attempt to put it right ! Run down. Musty smell of room. Outdated everything. Very noisy a/c and fridge. Needed updating. Toiletries in bathroom empty. Very noisy from rooms above us.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything surprisingly. The property grounds look much better in person!

They are currently undergoing renovations, so we can look forward to seeing the upgrades. The rooms were a bit stuffy. I’d bring an air purifier on my next visit. Overall, nothing negative to say, just observations!

The room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast was delicious.

My only issue was with the change machine in the laundry room not working properly but the staff addressed and fixed the situation ASAP.

Location is great. The place is clean and comfy.
