Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote

Good location and the staff and activities were good. There was a good choice of food although some of the choices were not very tasty.

We booked this property because in the comments section of this website it said the pool was heated. This is not the case. The pool was 18 degrees and too cold to swim in. The meal times were slightly difficult for young children - would be better if lunch and dinner started a little earlier. Would be good to open to soft play for more than 1.5 hours each day.

The food generally was good. It was a variation for lunch and dinner every day. The breakfast was ok, a bit boring. The same every day. Beds were big and comfortable. They provided a crib by our request, it was nice as well. The nearest beach was nice, clean water, 5-7 min walk from the hotel. The beach towels were provided by the hotel.

We were quiet disappointed over the pools being very cold, not heated even a little bit. We traveled with a toddler and though she would love being in the pool so much, but it was absolutely not possible. The everyday cleaning of the room was so so, could be better.

the food was choice was excellent and a nice location. the cleaner even worked all over the xmas peroid all 14 days we stayed.

the bars was very cold having to wear a large coat while drinking and none existent entertainment for adults. the wifi very poor signal. british tv hit and miss 3 chanels bbc 1and 2 cctv.

The only goid thing about this hotel is the location

We booked a junior suite but was upgraded to a two bedroom suite.it was very dated dusty and the beds are rock hard. Went to lunch which was very poor quality and overcooked food same in the evening.didn't get to try breakfast as on returning to or room found cockroaches we complained to reception and they came and sprayed the room which made it worse we had 15 of them in total. We were offered another room but refused as they said cockroaches are to be expected due to weather and the island. Booked into another hotel and did not have one insect of any description in or room.

Lovely Hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Animation team were brill full of life and got things going. Great location minutes from the sandy beach and shops. Entertainment every night. Good for families and couples & friends and solo as the place is so friendly. Our family had an elderly person, so we were given an upgrade to a lovely ground floor suite. Food was very good, lots of choice. Xmas day, all efforts were made, and they made everyone feel special. Xmas Turkey was fab very tasty. Brand new gym . If I went back to lanzarote, I would come back to this hotel.

Only complaint my Mattress protector sheet had stains on it .

Las instalaciones, el personal super amable y la junior suite con salón y una pequeña cocina que no utilizamos pero me pareció muy útil en otras circunstancias

El buffet, todo estaba bueno pero quizás algo repetitivo, teníamos todo incluido y nos salvó la posibilidad de poder cenar en el asiática o y el italiano, aunque la comida tampoco era para echar cohetes. En el buffet de la piscina solo hay hamburguesas perritos y patatas fritas, creo q mejoraría si también pudieran unos frutos secos, encurtidos o aperitivos más diversos.
