Hemos disfrutado mucho en este hotel. La ubicación para conocer la isla es perfecta. El personal es super atento y muy detallista. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, sin duda repetiremos.

Property fairly well kept, rooms could maybe be updated/modernised but not major concern. Could not access tv smart functions. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned everyday. Food okay.

Piscinas, amabilidad personal , comida aunq buffet bastante bien , animación día muy bien , Hablas inglés o francés, ya que el 98% son de allí.

Aceptan mascotas, pero únicamente pueden estar en habitación (max 1h)...y cobran 30€/noche..caro para lo q dejan hacer. 4 o 5 niños ingleses (uno de 14 años aprox) intentaron meterse con mi hijo de 12...una pena , aunq no es culpa del hotel sino de los padres...

Ha sido una semana inmejorable! Nos ha encantado el trato de todos los trabajadores, la comida, la animación y los espectaculos especialmente aptos para niños. Muy buena también la posición, cerca de una de las mejores playa de la zona. Muy recomendado!

Lo único negativo fue que las camas no eran muy cómodas.

"A wonderful stay filled with sunshine, great food, and the kindest staff we’ve ever met – we didn’t want to leave!"

The food was really tasty with lots of variety every day – we always looked forward to mealtimes! Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, always smiling, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was also great, just a short walk from the beach and everything we needed nearby.
