If you are a smoking, meat eater who loves cold water therapy, get it booked. Good location. Nice gym.

Mostly food was excellent however we both got severe vomiting episodes after eating in the a la carte restaurant

Not suitable for elderly or those with mobility issues, There are no lifts and stairs are steep The main dining area is huge and reminds us of 'Butlins' frantic and noisy Pool Music LOUD and VERY loud

Clean, great location, 2 different swimming pools are great, fun mini golf, close to nature (cool tress and birds sigging in the morning).

Gym had only 3 exercise mats, in the morning it was quite busy (and it's Dec), cable machine was a bit too rusty. Breakfast had only tomato as a vegetable and I'm not a vegan, but I work in a health and fitness industry, and care about quality of food I eat. I guess for less health concerned people it will do. Lunch seemed always better than dinner, if you choose between one or the other!

Great stay, staff very helpful and facilities were excellent. Breakfast is really good with huge choices and freshly prepared. The apartment was clean and very comfortable We will definitely be back

There were lots of small ants in the apartment so you need to keep food locked away

Unterkunft: Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man (schlecht schließende Türen, diverse Altersflecken an Fliesen und Möbel). Die Aufenthaltsräume sehr hallenmäßig, daher sehr laut. Anlage sonst sehr schön. Bewertung 3 von 5 Punkten Essen: Früchstück war gut und in ausreichender Form abwechselnd (die Frauen beklagten die Obstauswahl), Mittag- und Abendessen war nicht nach unserem Geschmack (Fleisch zäh, Chickennuggets nicht als Nuggets definierbar, Nudel mit Saucen geschmacklos usw.) Geschmäcker sind natürlich unterschiedlich und so will ich nicht zu hart ins Gericht gehen, wir sind jedoch von solchen Hotels anderes gewohnt und somit würde ich hier 3 von 5 Punkten geben Personal & Service: sehr freundlich, das Einteilen im Speisesaal ist vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sonst hat alles gepasst. 4 von 5 Umgebung: toll gelegen, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, in 10 Minuten gibt es jede Menge SHops, ideal als STarpunkt für diverse Ausflüge. 5 von 5

Excellent hotel to go to with small children. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food catered for all needs young old and those with allergies. There’s a quiet and noisy pool which was so restful to get away from the busy resort. Plenty of activities.

The opening time of the restaurant at lunch wasn’t till 1pm and with very young children they needed to eat earlier so a noon opening for lunch even with a reduced menu would have been ideal
