Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote

Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car and location was great to explore every corner of the island. Staff deserve special credit for being very kind, friendly and helpful. Keep the prices reasonable and we will definitely return to Los Zocos.

The resort is really well maintained and staff are friendly. Lots of activities for kids, loved being able to book a massage in the small resort beauticians. The location is great. The apartments were clean although I have no idea why the TV is on a tiny wall beside the balcony doors instead of the large wall directly facing the sofa.

The food was okay, the restaurants just didn't flow well in terms of placement of everything and the offerings were just ok.There was nothing wow about the food. The snack bar could have had more healthy choices of snacks especially for kids. Just lots of chips, burgers, hotdogs. The apartments are clean but no dish towels or dish soap was provided. I had to ask for toilet rolls a few times as they were not replenished when needed. The pillows are crap but the mattress is comfy.

3rd time here and just love it. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Clean and spacious and always a subbed available.

All inclusive food very good & lots of choices. Liked the Chinese restaurant. Great choice of pools. Lots of sun beds. Really impressed with our junior suite & terrace on the ground floor with a view over the quiet pool area. Nice touch of bottle of Prosecco, chocolates & pool towels provided in the suite. The entertainment staff were very good & enthusiastic. Our 5 year old granddaughter enjoyed the kids nightly discos. Plenty of entertainment round the pools. We particularly liked the fact there were 2 pool areas, one without music if a quieter day was preferred.

Can’t think of anything we disliked.

The property was clean and tidy staff was lovely the kids loved the activities and Patrick who was great with them.

we had issues with doors not locking without using the keys and we constantly had to have keys reprogrammed. The pool was very small give. Size of hotel
