Ocean's Reach Condominiums

Oceans Reach is an incredible place--quiet, friendly, and a great beach location. We've loved both of the times that we've stayed there. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location and very friendly and efficient staff. More expensive than Sandalfoot condos for the same level of comfort and service and very similar location.

Beautiful, clean facility. Staff (John, Andy, and Lisa) were helpful and very friendly. Quiet, peaceful place to visit. Sanibel and Ocean's Reach exceeded our expectations.

We just spent five days at Ocean's Reach and had a lovely time. Exquisite view, a wide expanse of white beach, a shelling extravaganza. The condominium was beautiful, clean, comfortable, had all the furnishings of home. Our rental bikes were there waiting for us in the car park. Location was great; we rode our bikes everywhere and didn't even need the car. Our three year old loved playing in the sand and swimming in the pool. Our eighteen-year old loved the whole of it too. Cannot imagine a better place to go to escape the cold of the north for a short spell.

Ocean's Reach is the ideal spot to enjoy the island-style life on Sanibel. Beautiful facility and grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and the superb, clean beach are highlights of this property. My one-bedroom condo was immaculate and well-supplied with the expected amenities. There were even DVDs, Binoculars, games and reading material in the condo. I will definitely book this condo again to return to the beautiful Sanibel Island.

The complex is right on the beach, which is great. Plus, it is off of a side street, so there is no traffic noise -- just the sound of the waves. The unit we were in, 3X1, was a one-bedroom, one bath with a small screened-in porch. Overall the complex and the unit were well-maintained and well sound-proofed so that we didn't hear our neighbors through the wall. The covered parking was convenient and the pool and surrounding area were immaculate. The flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc. were excellent. However, there were a few disappointments. First, the bed was uncomfortable. In addition, the mattress cover and the bottom, fitted sheet would not stay in place no matter how many times we put them back so that we ended up sleeping on the mattress. The sofa was very uncomfortable as well, and it was the critical item of furniture in the living room. There was no coffee table, either. I did report this to the staff and they promised to take note. We would recommend the complex but unless these items are addressed, would not recommend this particular unit.

The condo and facilities were clean, well maintained and generally welcoming. The staff was unobtrusive, but helpful. The appliances are near new, tons of kitchen utensils and dishes, large refrigerator with ice maker. First floor condo is on the beach level, creating a special feeling of closeness. An exceptional place for mature adults, but also accommodating for young families. Not much to do in the vicinity though. There are several attractions and activities withing driving distance, reachable by bike too, but nothing near - just beach.

The staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. the room was great and we really enjoyed walking straight out to the beach. Great place to stay!!!

Ocean's Reach is a great spot. It is right on the beach and convenient to everything. They give you a storage unit near your car which is very handy to put beach stuff in so you don't have to lug everything to your room. It is close to Jerry's market and lots of restaurants.
