Ocean's Reach Condominiums

Condo was very clean! The view from the screened in porch was incredible. We will definitely being going back again. Would recommend this condo to everyone.

Great condo! Will stay there again. Able to check in late, safe area. Right on the beach with lanai. Came with beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas. Able to rent bikes and close enough to shops to take the bikes there.

we booked a 1 bedromm condo for 5 nights, which was situated on the ground floor opposite the salt water pool. Well appointed right on the beach.Excellant Wi-Fi. We would thoroughly recomend this resort.

We loved this condo/hotel. Our first floor apartment had a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico out our front sliding glass door. The nearby beach and pool were wonderful. The apartment itself was in perfect repair and condition, and so many eateries were only a short drive away. We thought this was the perfect vacation spot, and in September the price was right, along with beautiful weather.

The condo unit was clean and attractive., the pool was never busy, beachfront complex. Full kitchen was well equipped. Condo does not provide maid service during stay, but that made it all the more relaxing. Registration building had short hours. Needed more hangers, and had to wait til next day to request them. But staff was friendly and relaxed, and we loved the the experience and would be anxious to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Reach, and I was so excited to walk into the room and see that it looked just like it did on the website. We had an ocean view room which was amazing! The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, and one of the ladies even was a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and was a wealth of information. The only thing we didn't realize is that several businesses are closed in the middle of September and re-open I guess in October when the season starts again. We would definitely return for another stay1

Ocean's Reach Condos meet and exceeded all of our requirements. The individually owned condos are well equipped and very clean. Wendy and the front desk staff are very personable and extremely accomodating. Views of the beach are lovely. We had a lower level, walk out unit which was perfect and although we were near the pool, it was very quiet. The units have a screened in lanai which is a nice feature. Ours did not have a ceiling fan which limited its use in the searing heat of Sanibel. Other units did have fans making the lanai a wonderful spot for morning coffee. Overall, this trip was one of our best vacations considering all factors - reasonable price, comfortable facilities, availability of on site bike rentals and more. I would not hesitate to recommend Ocean's Reach to couples or families. You will come home with a tan and a beautiful collection of shells and memories.

Wonderful stay...beautiful and relaxing location on Sanibel.

Check-in insturctions were not provided, and the office was closed when we arrived. Initially, I did not see the note taped to the door with our room number and instructions to go directly to our room, so I was a little panicked at first. Once we got to the room, everything was fine. It was clean and well furnished. A lot of other things that properties provide for free were available here for rent, including beach towels and umbrellas. TV did not work in the living area, and the office sent someone to fix it immediately. Our one bedroom with kitchen and living area (with sofa bed) was a little snug but okay for one week. The sofa bed was very mushy but okay for two kids. The master bed was comfortable, although sheets were cheap. All in all, our stay was great. The property is nice, located right on the beach, about midway on the island. I would stay here again.

Perfect location---convenient to everything! Most important to us.....right on the beach!!!!!!! Everything you need is there!!! And it was very quiet!!! Can't wait to come back!!!
