Wonderful historic hotel holding the best restaurant in the area. A but noisy in the am and defiantly noisy Saturdsy night

Execellent and great value

Excellent location, many options for dining, and night life

The location is great few step from the corredor areas tourist locations. Coffee shop next door and a restaurant in the hotel the prices are high but I went to restaurant called “El Sazon Que me toquen” delicious and convenient. The lobby is really beautiful, the room ok basic it needs remodel, a lot noise because the traffic is right in front of the hotel. My only complaint is the noise and the pillows. Made of cheap cotton and high. Other than that for the price and location is not bad. One of the best hotels that I was is “Bo Hotel” check it out. Not much to do in Chiapas I would go back.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of San Cristóbal. The staff were friendly and the place was spotless with great food. The evening street noise was a bit excessive in my first room but I was allowed to move to an interior room that was much better. There was also a problem with the internet that was not resolved during my stay of 6 days.

The place is sweet with a real touch of authenticity. "The dinner was Amazing!" It was a true experience of "fine cuisine" and the service was great, thanks to Andrea.

Property and staff are nice. Parking situation is not ideal even for taxi and tour pick ups. Food was great. Overall great place.

It will be nice to have coffee tea in the brewer in the room and enjoy it in the Terrace

Excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility had a great restaurant and bar. The hotel was very pretty and safe. Located walking distance from everything. I would definitely recommend!
