The staff was helpful and friendly

Very little hot water in the shower or bathroom sink, luke warm at best. Ceiling above the shower needs repair. The USP outlets by the bedside or the large lamp did not work. Mattress should be changed, felt like I was in large hole.

"Lonesome check in clerk"

I had issues with the app in making the reservation and it took an hour for us to get it straightened out to the point we had the room we wanted. It was not the hotel’s fault but Hotels.com is still working out the issue. The hotel itself had staffed the front desk with an unfortunate rookie. He was all alone in the hotel with no help with multiple issues with the computer and a line of people needing assistance. Anthony was very kind and patient.
