Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chester by IHG

Great experience . It was a spacious comfortable room with two seating options which is above average. The staff could not be better . All if them were helpful and went out of their way to reach our needs. I wish I knew all their names but only Yanki . She had just worked a double but was still completely thoughtful !

I wish it had doors or windows In Pool area that could ventilate the chlorine .

The room was clean and the room was modern instead of an old air conditioner

There were kids running up and down the hall at 1 am and people stomping upstairs at around 2 am

It was a in a good location and it was clean.

The room was clean. The bed was excellant

The toilet got stuck a few times.

The breakfast was great, coffee was decent. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and really went above and beyond with making sure our needs were met. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the location of the hotel was very convenient for our visit.

The first night of our stay, we got back to our room late at night, and found that the TV, fridge, and phone were all not working. Additionally, one of the beds appeared not to have had the sheets changed before we arrived; there were long black hairs in the sheets, and a slightly unpleasant odor in that bed. The staff was apologetic when we informed them of everything, and by the time we got back to our room on the afternoon of our second day, the whole room had been cleaned, and all of the appliances were working.
