I am not handicap (thankfully) and put in a handicap room. The removable shower head which was below my head was so silly for an average person! I am 5’4 for reference and the way we had to use the shower squatting down and aiming inside the bathroom made the water go everywhere. Also silly that room was reserved for me when it was not requested and could have been for someone that truly needed it. I will never book w booking.com again! When I asked to be moved I was told no. And I know that is because I used booking.com and not booked directly w hotel.
